Business Owner John Rawlins
In 1947, William H. Kroplin, Jr., decided to fill a need for a septic system company in Napa County. He began Napa Septic Tank Service, Inc. to service existing pump septic systems throughout the Napa Valley area.
In 1960, John Rawlins, joined the crew! Through the years, John became the foreman and the operator for the growing company and grew to become part owner.
In 1991, Jose Ceja, joined the company. His strong work ethic and fair business practices have served him well through the years. He now runs the company with his wife Laura.
It is with pride and gratitude that Jose and Laura carry forth the tradition started by William and John, to serve Napa County with high-quality workmanship
